Recruitment information and applications

Website information provides an introduction to our recruitment services. Submitting an application does not guarantee work, an interview, a placement or acceptance of a particular role. Any employment, assignment, recruitment or payroll agreement is supplied separately and is not replaced by these website terms.

Please provide accurate information and only upload documents you are entitled to share. Tell us if an application contains an error or your circumstances change. Staff may need to verify information and ask for further evidence.

Completing your registration

After submitting the form, call 01827 303888 to complete your registration with our team. Applications and uploaded documents are kept for 30 days, as explained in our privacy policy. A confirmation page means your details were submitted; it does not mean a recruiter has reviewed them or that registration is complete.

Acceptable use and files

Do not try to access another person’s records, interfere with the service, submit misleading applications or upload harmful content. Each uploaded file may be no larger than 100 MB (100,000,000 bytes). The form identifies the file formats accepted for each question. General-purpose archives and executable files are not accepted. CVs may be uploaded as PDF, DOCX, DOC or RTF; the permitted types for other documents are shown on the form.

Staff area

The admin area is for approved staff only. Sign-in uses a code sent to an authorised email address. Do not share codes or sessions, and sign out on shared devices. Tell us promptly if you believe your email or staff access has been compromised.

Content and links

Please contact us before reusing this site’s text, design or images, except where the law permits you to do so. You may use website information for personal recruitment enquiries. External websites have their own terms and privacy policies.

Changes and responsibility

We may update website content, features and these terms. Please check details with our team before relying on information for a particular decision. Nothing in these terms removes rights or limits responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
